您們好！國家自然科學基金委現公開2025年度國家自然科學基金項目的申請，如往年一樣，面向港澳地區依託單位的科學技術人員可申請項目部分為青年科學基金項目、優秀青年科學基金項目、國家傑出青年科學基金項目三類。所有項目採用相同的資助模式和評審標準，不單獨設置指標。具體要求詳見《2025年度國家自然科學基金項目指南》正文(https://www.nsfc.gov.cn/publish/portal0/xmzn/2025/sqgd/)。  https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/GRC2R7m99XgIwVty9TEZyw

  1. 青年科學基金項目
  2.  
  3. 具有从事基础研究的经历;
  4. 具有高级专业技术职务(职称)或者具有博士学位，或者有2名与其研究领域相同、具有高级专业技术职务(职称)的科学技术人员推荐;(3)申请当年1月1日男性未满35周岁[1990年1月1日(含)以后出生】，女性未满40周岁[1985年1月1日(含)以后出生】。
  5. 優秀青年科學基金項目

  7. 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及国家自然科学基金的各项管理规定，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神;
  8. 申请当年1月1日男性未满38周岁[1987年1月1日(含)以后出生]，女性未满40周岁[1985年1月1日(含)以后出生】;
  9. 具有高级专业技术职务(职称)或者博士学位;

3.國家傑出青年科學基金項目

  •  
  • 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及国家自然科学基金的各项管理规定，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神;
  • 申请当年1月1日男性未满45周岁[1980年1月1日(含)以后出生]，女性未满48周岁[1977年1月1日(含)以后出生】;
  • 具有高级专业技术职务(职称)或者具有博士学位;
  • 具有承担基础研究课题或者其他从事基础研究的经历;(5)与境外单位没有正式聘用关系;
  • 保证资助期内每年在依托单位从事研究工作的时间在9个月以上。

敬請有意向申請的教職人員於以下時間節點進行相關操作：

申請帳號期：項目申請人1月16日-1月30日於辧公時間（上午10:00-12:00；下午2:30-5:00）內到科研處(A101A)申請

填報申請項目：1月16日(如已擁有帳號)-3月12日項目申請人填寫申請項目資料

核對審批期：3月12日-3月19日科研處核准資料並提交申請

Dear Heads of Academic Units,

Friendly Reminder: The National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) is now open for applications for the 2025 NSFC projects. For scientists and technologists from Hong Kong and Macao who are entrusted with units in the region, they can apply for three types of projects: the Young Science Foundation, the Outstanding Young Science Foundation, and the National Distinguished Young Science Foundation. The same funding model and assessment criteria will be adopted for all projects, with no separate indicators. Interested academic institutions are kindly requested to do so at the following time :

  • Application Account Period: Project applicants should apply at the Research Office (A101A) during office hours (10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) from 16th January to 30th January .
  • Filling out the application: 16th January (if you already have an account) – 12th  March Project applicants will fill out the application information.
  • Verification and approval period: 12th March – 19th March, the Research Department approves the information and submits the application.
