接科技基金通知，將於7月1日開放2026年第二次科研及創新資助(能力提升、基礎研究、應用研究類、轉化創業類)申請（以下簡稱：本計劃）。敬請有意向學術單位於2026年7月8日(三)前由學院統一向科研處報備申請資料(項目申請人、申請類別、申請機構、申請項目名稱); 而申請資料應不遲於2026年7月22日 (三) 上午11:00或之前在資助機構網上系統提交。 敬請留意，按科技基金要求申請項目以 Esign 形式提交，因此不設推遲提交或退回修改等要求，逾期將不受理申報，謝謝！

    注意:

1.截至本類別公開申請之日，項目負責人須於該高等院校入職不超過5年，且擔任不高於助理教授或同等級別職位

2. 本類別申請資助金額不超過50萬澳門元。

     3. 資助期限不超過二年

為提升前沿原始創新能力而開展的基礎或應用基礎研究項目

    注意:

1. 本類別申請資助金額不超過300萬澳門元

2. 每個研究項目必須設有負責領導及統籌項目的負責人（以下簡稱：項目負責人）。

3. 預期研究成果包括但不限於學術性成果或應用性成果。項目結題時，技術成熟度等級不超過第3級。

4. 倘與商業企業合作，該等商業企業須提供配套投入，金額不低於科技基金資助金額的10%。

5. 資助期限不超過三年。

為將科學技術應用於實際場景而開展的應用研究項目

注意:

1.本類別申請資助金額不超過300萬澳門元

2.每個研究項目必須設有負責領導及統籌項目的負責人（以下簡稱：項目負責人）。

3.項目預期結題的技術成熟度等級須達到：第4級或以上。

4. 倘與商業企業合作，該等商業企業須提供配套投入，金額不低於科技基金資助金額的10%

5. 資助期限不超過三年

為把科學研究和技術創新成果轉化為產業領域實際應用而開展的研發項目。

 注意:

1.本類別申請資助金額不超過500 萬澳門元。

    2.  每個研究項目必須設有負責領導及統籌項目的負責人（以下簡稱：項目負責人）。

3.項目負責人就相關研發主題累計已獲得發明專利授權不少於4項。

4.項目負責人自開始接受申請之日前5年內就相關主題獲得科技基金批准資助金額合共不少於600萬澳門元。

5.項目技術成熟度等級須達到第4級或以上。

6.項目預期結題的技術成熟度等級須達到：第7級或以上（倘屬需要進行臨床試驗的項目，相應的等級要求為第6級或以上）

Friendly Reminder: “Frist Round of Research and Innovation Application(Capacity Building, Basic Research ,Applied Research Category, Transformation and Entrepreneurship ) of 2026 are accepting applications . If academic units are kindly requested to submit their applications (Please Provide the data to the college: Project Applicant, Application Category , Project name and Cooperation Unit) to RMO by 8th of July, and the corresponding application information should be submitted in the online system of the funding agency on or before11: 00 a.m. on 22nd of July 2026. After the deadline will not be accepted.  Please note that according to the requirements of the FDCT, and now applications will be submitted in the form of Esign, so there is no request for late submission or return for modification, etc. Late submissions will not be accepted, thank you!

Note :

1. the project leader shall have been employed by the higher education institution for no more than five years as of the date of public application for this type and hold a position not higher than assistant professor or equivalent.

2. Research projects initiated by new researchers and those interested in enhancing their research capabilities. The amount of funding applied for this type shall not exceed MOP500,000.

Note:

1.       Basic or applied basic research projects carried out to enhance the capacity of cutting-edge original innovation. The amount of funding applied for this type shall not exceed MOP3 million.
2.       Each research project must have a project leader who is responsible for leading and coordinating the project (hereinafter referred to as "project leader").
3.       The expected level of technology maturity of the project：at Level 3 or below at the time of project closure.
4.       If the applicant collaborates with commercial enterprises, such commercial enterprises shall provide supporting inputs of not less than 10% of the amount funded by the FDCT.
5.       The funding term of the Scheme does not exceed three years.

3.       The technology maturity of the project shall be at Level 4 or above at the time of project closure.
4.       If the applicant collaborates with commercial enterprises, such commercial enterprises shall provide supporting inputs of not less than 10% of the amount funded by the FDCT.
5.       The funding term of the Scheme does not exceed three years.

Note :

1. The maximum funding amount for this category is MOP 5 million.
2. Each research project must have a project leader who is responsible for leading and coordinating the project (hereinafter referred to as "project leader").
3. The Project Leader must have been granted at least four invention patents related to the R&D topic.
4. The Project Leader must have received a total FDCT-approved funding of no less than MOP 6 million for related topics within the five years preceding the application period.
5. The Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of the project must be at Level 4 or above.
